  • Can I put a pool in my yard?

There are many factors that play into whether or not you can install a pool in your yard. The plot plan that you're supposed to receive with your property after purchase can be a helpful tool for figuring this out, as it can show the property line and setbacks that come with your property. Another important factor is knowing where your well or septic system resides. Clarity on these issues can be achieved by calling your municipality, which we are happy to do on your behalf!

  • How long does it take to build a pool?

The answer to this varies a lot depending on the type and scope of your project. Vinyl and fiberglass pools take a considerably shorter amount of time to complete and can be finished as quickly as a week in some circumstances. The weather and your specific contractor's schedule play a big role in the duration of the project as well.

  • How much mess?

A pool installation is a major undertaking, there will be a mess involved especially depending on how long your project takes to complete. Rest assured, our team removes all debris and trash from your property after construction is complete.

  • Do I need to be home all the time during construction?

No, you do not need to be home all the time in order for us to work. Certain meetings and discussions do need to be scheduled throughout the project, but this will all be coordinated and tailored to you.

  • Can we go green?

Yes, there are many ways you can make your pool greener and more energy-efficient! Some of the ways you can achieve this are through LED lighting, programmable electronic controls, the type of pump you select, and choosing to install an automatic pool cover.

  • How much work to take care of my pool?

Many people say taking care of a pool is a large undertaking, but that is not true if you simply keep up with preventative care ahead of time. Maintaining proper water balance and being strategic about when you choose to open and close your pool are simple ways to keep your pool in tip-top shape. We are happy to educate you about these integral care instructions both in-store and online.

  • What features should I have?

The features you desire are entirely up to you. We have many to choose from that can make your pool and backyard experience exceedingly more comfortable and luxurious.

  • What should I consider in picking a design?

The first consideration to make is simply your personal preference. While keeping that in mind, you must also consider what shape would work best in your yard, how deep should your pool be, how large, do you want to have a pool for exercise or play, etc. We are happy to help make expert recommendations and suggestions to help you make these decisions.

  • How much does an in-ground pool cost?

Unfortunately, there is no one answer to this question. Many variables play into the cost of the construction of a pool. A small vinyl pool can start in the lower 20,000s while other pools can be well over $100,000.

  • What type of pool is best?

This is, again, up to your personal preference. Depending on what you'd like to use the pool for, what your budget is, how long you plan to stay at your current home, and many other factors, the perfect pool will look different for everyone.
